we are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused sales consultant to join our mahindra dealership team. the ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in automobile sales, with a strong passion for vehicles and customer engagement.

key responsibilities:

promote and sell mahindra bolero to walk-in and prospective customers

understand customer needs and recommend suitable variants and financing options

achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer relationships

conduct test drives and explain vehicle features

follow up on leads and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

stay updated on product knowledge and competitor offerings

requirements:

minimum 1 year of experience in automobile sales (mahindra experience preferred)

strong communication and negotiation skills

self-motivated with a customer-first attitude

valid driving license and own bike is a must

salary: as per industry standards + attractive incentives
