key responsibilities:
handle inbound and outbound client inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
present property options and explain features, pricing, and benefits to potential clients
manage and nurture leads through effective follow-ups and relationship building
coordinate with marketing and site teams for client visits and property presentations
maintain and update crm with client details, interactions, and progress status
achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
requirements:
graduate in any discipline (mba preferred but not mandatory)
2–5 years of experience in real estate sales.
excellent communication and negotiation skills
