• Should report on day to day task.
• Should meet at least 20 leads daily.
• Follow up with existing customers.
• Minimum of 30 projects to be signed in per quarter.
• Prepare the forecast for next 3months.
• Working, Planning, Lead generation process, Marketing activities.
• Daily reporting giving details of work done. Client meeting/status etc.
• Need to come out with strategy for developing business.
• After fifteen days of training need to make a presentation on your understanding about company/work & your approach to develop business with targets in your territory.
• Maintain sales panel review discuss follow up & update.
• Need to be presentable while meeting clients well groomed.
• Understand market, competitors etc. all information related to sales/marketing.
• Need to make & submit budget for any marketing purpose.
