## About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented **Real Estate Sales Executive** to join our team in Greater Noida West. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer requirements, arranging property visits, presenting suitable real estate projects, and converting leads into successful bookings.

## Key Responsibilities

* Generate leads through calls, references, online platforms and other sources.

* Contact potential customers and understand their property requirements.

* Explain project details, pricing, payment plans and available options.

* Coordinate and conduct property/site visits with prospective clients.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

* Follow up with leads regularly and convert prospects into sales.

* Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

* Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and customer interactions.

* Coordinate with the internal sales and operations teams for smooth deal closure.

## Candidate Requirements

* Minimum qualification: **12th Pass / Graduate**.

* 0-3 years of experience in Real Estate, Sales, Telecalling, Telesales or Business Development preferred.

* Freshers with good communication and a strong interest in sales can also apply.

* Excellent communication and convincing skills.

* Good knowledge of Hindi; basic English communication preferred.

* Should be confident, presentable and comfortable speaking with customers.

* Must have a target-oriented and positive attitude.

* Candidates living within **18 km of Gaur City Mall, Greater Noida** will be preferred.
