handling sales and customer inquiries for icici bank's credit card offerings.

providing excellent customer service and maintaining client relationships.

generating leads and converting them into sales.

achieving monthly sales targets and kpis.

providing detailed information regarding the bank's products and services to customers.

requirements:

education: 12th grade / graduate

experience: open to both fresher and experienced candidates. experience in telecalling, customer support, or telesales (freshers to 3 years).

age criteria: 18 to 35 years.

gender preference: both male and female candidates.

language requirements: proficiency in english is required.

working hours & shifts:

work shift: day shift (09:30 am to 07:00 pm)

week offs: sunday off

salary range:

14,000/- to 25,000/- per month (based on experience)
