About the Role
At Navigator Realty, were looking for energetic and motivated individuals who want to start their career in sales and grow in the real estate industry. This is a non-technical, entry-level role, perfect for freshers. No prior experience? No problem we provide 30 days of complete training.
What Youll Do
Talk to customers over calls and meet them on-site
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable properties
Arrange and attend site visits with clients
Follow up with customers through calls and messages
Maintain simple records and reports using MS Office
Work closely with the sales team to close deals
Who Can Apply
12th pass or any graduate
Freshers are welcome
Good communication skills in Hindi and English
Ready to work both in the office and on the field
What Were Looking For
Friendly and confident communication
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Interest in sales and real estate
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Comfortable working with targets
Salary, Incentives & Training
Salary: 10,000 15,000 per month (based on interview performance)
Incentives: Performance-based incentives will be provided
Training: 30 days of training before independent work
