Sales Executive - Freshers

About Lucia: Fast-growing financial services company in Eluru offering investments, loans, insurance and advisory.

Role: Find new clients for our investment, loan and insurance products.

Responsibilities: Generate leads via field visits, calls, referrals and local events; Meet prospects and close sales; Achieve monthly targets and earn incentives; Collect documents for account opening; Submit daily sales reports.

Requirements: Any graduate (12th with sales experience considered); 0-2 years field sales, freshers welcome; Confident in Telugu; Own two-wheeler preferred; Target-driven.
