- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in industrial, institutional, or specialty chemical segments using market research, networking, cold calls, and industry contacts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clientsunderstand their business needs, act as a trusted advisor, and drive long-term partnerships.
- Conduct demonstrations and presentations to showcase product benefits, technical specifications, and applications to clients and decision-makers
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts; manage the complete sales cycle from proposal to order confirmation and ensure timely deal closure.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with revenue targets. Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance analysis to management.
- Monitor industry trends, customer requirements, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to refine sales strategies and suggest new product opportunities.
- Work closely with production, operations, logistics, marketing, and R&D teams to ensure smooth order processing, on-time delivery, technical accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Represent ADHUNIK INDUSTRIES at exhibitions, trade fairs, and conferences to showcase product offerings, network with potential clients, and gather market intelligence.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, orders, and follow-ups in a CRM system. Prepare regular reports and analyses of sales metrics and customer feedback.
- Address customer concerns or complaints promptly. Ensure high levels of post-sales support and satisfaction to foster repeat business.
