Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct cold calls and emails to prospective customers: Reach out to potential clients through phone calls and emails to introduce our products/services.
2. Generate leads and follow up with them: Identify and cultivate leads, and maintain regular follow-ups to convert them into sales.
3. Meet sales targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the sales manager.
4. Prepare and deliver sales presentations: Create engaging presentations to showcase our products/services and persuade potential clients to make a purchase.
5. Provide excellent customer service: Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction to build long-term relationships.
