Job Description

1. Sales Visits:

— Conduct regular visits to retail outlets, showrooms, OEMs, distributors, architects, and interior designers to introduce our products and services.

— Identify potential customers and establish new business relationships to expand our client base.

— Present product features, benefits, and pricing to prospects, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

— Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements to secure sales deals.

— Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and facilitate repeat business.

2. Outstanding Payment Management:

— Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments from clients, ensuring timely collection of receivables.

— Communicate with clients regarding overdue payments and resolve any billing discrepancies or disputes.

— Coordinate with the finance department to track payment statuses and reconcile accounts receivable.

— Implement strategies to minimize outstanding payments and improve cash flow.

3. Relationship Building:

— Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders in the industry, including retailers, distributors, architects, and interior designers.

— Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand your professional network and promote our brand.

— Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to address customer needs and market trends.

4. Market Research:

— Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

— Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for business growth and product innovation.

— Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences, market demands, and competitor strategies.

5. Sales Reporting:

— Maintain accurate records of sales visits, customer interactions, and sales transactions in the CRM system.

— Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review, highlighting key performance metrics and sales trends.

— Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
