Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively identify potential clients through cold calling, field visits, professional networking, and digital research to build a robust sales pipeline.
Client Meetings & Presentations: Schedule and conduct face-to-face or virtual meetings with corporate clients, business owners, and purchasing managers to pitch our offerings.
Requirement Gathering: Listen carefully to client needs, understand their pain points, and suggest the most appropriate products or services.
Quotation & Negotiation: Prepare professional commercial quotes, present pricing structures, handle objections, and negotiate terms to secure profitable deals.
Sales Closing: Follow up consistently with prospects to push deals through the sales funnel and close orders within targeted timelines.
Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with acquired clients to ensure high customer satisfaction, timely payments, and repeat business.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the daily reporting sheet or CRM system.
