We are seeking highly motivated and energetic Sales Executives to join our growing team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify potential customers through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Develop a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
Schedule meetings with potential clients to understand their needs.
Sales Presentations & Client Interaction:
Conduct product/service presentations to prospects and decision-makers.
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Handle objections effectively and close sales deals successfully.
Business Development:
Expand the customer base in assigned territories.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales leads, and follow-ups in CRM systems or sales trackers.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
Market Research & Feedback:
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Gather feedback from clients to improve products/services.
Recommend new strategies to improve market penetration.
Key Requirements:
Education:
Graduate in any discipline (BBA, , BA, etc.)
MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Sales (preferred but not mandatory)
Experience:
03 years of sales or business development experience
Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome
Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach
Ability to work under pressure and handle targets
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems is a plus
Local language proficiency (Hindi and English) is essential
Additional Details:
Job Type: Field Sales / Direct Sales / B2B or B2C (depending on the industry)
Location: Candidate must be based in or willing to relocate to Delhi
Salary Range: 15,000 30,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)
