We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team in Mumbai and Hyderabad. In this role, you will play a key part in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and contributing to our expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and market analysis.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and advisory, to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the financial services sector.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for leadership review.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in financial services, loan brokerage, or advisory.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools (., Salesforce, HubSpot) is preferred.
Willingness to travel within Mumbai and Hyderabad as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in loan brokerage, financial advisory, or related fields.
Established network in Mumbai or Hyderabad’s business and financial communities.
