Maintain the company follow-up records.
Ensures proposal submission according to client specifications and industry standards.
Coordinate Clients by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
Follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.
Negotiates variations in specifications & delivery with customers and communicates those internally to the functions.
Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
Ensures all cash handling and credit policies.
Develop strong working relationships with existing and potential client base resulting in new client development.
You must be able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
Key skills and qualifications
You must be educated to degree level and may also be required to hold any qualifications relating to Sales or Marketing.
Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
Good computer skills (MS Office)
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
