• Maintain the company follow-up records.
• Ensures proposal submission according to client specifications and industry standards.
• Coordinate Clients by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
• Follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.
• Negotiates variations in specifications & delivery with customers and communicates those internally to the functions.
• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
• Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
• Ensures all cash handling and credit policies.
• Develop strong working relationships with existing and potential client base resulting in new client development.
• You must be able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
Key skills and qualifications
• You must be educated to degree level and may also be required to hold any qualifications relating to Sales or Marketing.
• Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
• Good computer skills (MS Office)
• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
