Job Overview

We are seeking a Retail Sales Specialist to join our team at C. Krishniah Chetty & Co. As a Retail Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing fine jewelry. This is a mid-level position requiring 4+ years of experience in retail sales - jewellery. The job is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India and is a full-time role.

Qualifications and Skills

4 to 6 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in Apparels, luxury goods , jewelry industry Or mobiles.

Strong interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent customer service skillsKnowledge of fine jewelry and gemstonesAbility to work in a fast-paced retail environmentSales-oriented mindset and ability to meet targetsAttention to detail and accuracy in handling sales transactionsAbility to work well in a teamFlexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Roles and Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting and purchasing fine jewelry

Provide product knowledge and expert advice to customersMaintain a high level of customer service and build long-lasting relationships with customersIdentify customer needs and recommend appropriate productsProcess sales transactions accurately and efficientlyMaintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standardsCollaborate with team members to achieve sales targetsStay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge

Education : Any rience : 4+ yearsOffice timing : 10:45 AM to 8:15PM :6 days working. No weekoffs on Saturday and Sunday. Week off can be any other week day.
