Role & Responsibility:
Understanding the Real Estate market.
Person would be involved in sourcing the clients through various channels like Reference clients / Existing clients / Exhibition or events clients / Advertisement / Online/ Calling / SMS / Email etc.
Meet with prospects/clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals
Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property
Attending the clients at Site office.
Person should be well versed in conducting price negotiations to reach a profitable bargain
A Person should have good negotiation and convincing skills.
Should be able to build strong relations with Clients & Channel Partner’s.
Should be a good team player and a go getter for sales targets.
Should have Good communication, Interpersonal Skill.
