Hiring Fresher - Sales Executive - Erode

we are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused retail jewellery sales executive to join our showroom in erode. the ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and customer service.

key responsibilities:

greet customers warmly and understand their jewellery requirements

explain product features, purity (gold/silver/diamond), pricing, and making charges clearly

assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their preferences and budget

achieve individual and store sales targets

maintain proper display of jewellery and showroom cleanliness

build long-term relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits

handle billing, basic documentation, and follow company policies

coordinate with team members for smooth showroom operations

requirements:

minimum 1-3 years experience in jewellery or retail sales (freshers with good communication can apply)

good communication skills in tamil; basic english is an added advantage

customer-friendly attitude and presentable appearance

willingness to work on weekends and festival seasons

basic knowledge of jewellery sales is preferred

qualification:

minimum 12th / any degree
