We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Executive/ Team Leader to drive our Real Estate sales operations. You will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Executives to convert leads into property bookings. Key Responsibilities
Team Supervision: Guide Sales Executives in handling outbound calls and follow-ups for real estate projects.
Lead Conversion: Ensure the team effectively qualifies leads and schedules site visits for potential buyers.
Performance Management: Track daily calling activity, lead pipeline, and closing ratios.
Closing Assistance: Step in to help the team close high-value deals and handle complex client negotiations.
Reporting: Maintain a database of client interactions and provide regular updates on sales progress.
Onboarding: Train new joiners (Freshers) on property details, location advantages, and sales pitches.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Experience in Real Estate or BPO Sales is a plus, but Freshers with strong leadership potential and great communication are welcome to apply.
Attitude: A go-getter mindset with a strong interest in the Real Estate market.
Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and people management skills.
Availability: Must be comfortable with weekend work (as most site visits happen on Saturdays and Sundays).
