We are looking for a driven and motivated Sales Executive with 2+ years of experience to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and closing deals to drive company revenue. You will work closely with the sales team and management to ensure that sales goals are achieved, customer satisfaction is prioritized, and the companys products and services are effectively promoted to the market.
Job Requirement
Experience in the IT industry relevant to the companys offerings.
Experience in SaaS, telecommunications, or other technology-driven products.
Knowledge of sales tactics and methodologies like SPIN Selling, Consultative Selling, or Challenger Sale.
Sales training certifications or courses.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Ability to handle objections and effectively close deals.
Experience with CRM software (., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales pipeline management.
Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
