Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in Facility Management services.
Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.
Meet potential clients and understand their facility management requirements.
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Graduate / Diploma in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
Proven experience in Facility Management sales (hard & soft services).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Knowledge of corporate, industrial, or commercial FM contracts is an advantage.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and team player.
