🔹 Key Responsibilities:
€¢ Identify and develop new business opportunities in Facility Management services.
€¢ Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.
€¢ Meet potential clients and understand their facility management requirements.
€¢ Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
€¢ Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
€¢ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
€¢ Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
🔹 Qualifications & Requirements:
€¢ Graduate / Diploma in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
€¢ Proven experience in Facility Management sales (hard & soft services).
€¢ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
€¢ Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
€¢ Knowledge of corporate, industrial, or commercial FM contracts is an advantage.
€¢ Self-motivated, result-oriented, and team player.
