Key Responsibilities:
•Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in industrial automation, robotics, and control systems.
•Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
•Technical Consultation: Work closely with the technical team to understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
•Market Research: Analyse market trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
•Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
•Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals effectively.
•Post-Sales Support: Ensure customer satisfaction and coordinate with the service team for after-sales support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
•Education: Bachelor’s degree in Any field.
•Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate and close high-value deals.
•Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•CRM & Reporting: Experience with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
