job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Industrial Sales Executive with experience in the printing and packaging industry.
The candidate will be responsible for driving sales of steel blades, developing strong client relationships, and expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities in the printing and packaging sector
Promote and sell industrial steel blades to B2B clients
Manage and grow relationships with existing customers
Conduct market research to identify new prospects and opportunities
Handle client meetings, product demonstrations, and negotiations
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM updates
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in industrial/B2B sales
Prior experience in steel blades, printing, or packaging industry preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Good knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis
Willingness to travel as required
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in selling industrial consumables or machinery
Existing network in printing/packaging companies
Self-motivated and target-driven
