â— Experience in E2E sales process for IT services and QA industry only, making proposals, pricing etc. in client meetings.
â— MBA in Sales, Marketing.
â— Experience in GCC India space with Mid-large (~ USD 100M+ revenue sized firms).
â— Candidate should have won deals of the size >USD 250K (2Cr.)
â— Experience in Finance domain and Team Management [ Leading a team of 5+ sales people Order booking 10 Cr+ with winning deals with clients of 100M+ (mid to large size) ]
Key Responsibilities :-
â— Target - Individual 4 Cr, Team 15Cr. Order Booking, acquire new logos independently and with team.
â— Grow the portfolio business to 3X in next 4 years.
â— Should be able to utilize industry connections to generate new business.
â— Build and develop sales teams.
Skillset & Experience Required :-
â— Proven track record of working and achieving sales targets while leading a team of 5+ sales people Order booking 10 Cr+ with winning deals with clients of 100M+ (mid to large size).
â— Should have won deals of the size >USD 250K (2Cr.)
â— Experience in GCC India space with Mid-large size firms in this space (~ USD 100M+ revenue sized firms).
â— Experience in e2e sales process for IT services firms in India - lead generation, proposal, closure and mining.
â— Experience in Finance domain, Team Management.
â— Experience in IT services and QA industry.
