Roles and Responsibilities

• Taking incoming and making outgoing calls.

• Replying to emails that have been received on the office mail Id.

• Follow up of all leads received, ensuring entry of each lead in CRM.

• Data management of all call records/leads received through social media channels and closing of each lead satisfactorily with an aim to convert it into a confirmed customer.

Desired Skill Set

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English and, Hindi or Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, or Bengali.

• Convincing and selling skills.

• Self-Motivated person with a zest to do result-oriented work.

• Basic computer knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM.
