· chasing the clients to get nomination from consignee.

· set reminder calls to follow-up with them.

· try to get appointment from consignee & arrange meeting to send our marketing manager’s to know exact their requirements

· after got nomination from consignee make sure that consignee getting regular status updating of their shipments until their shipment get closed.

· take feedback from customers after shipment get closed & provision for future business.
