Job Description

Plan, implement and manage sales educational workshops.

Identify bottlenecks in the sales process.

Suggest solutions promptly

Identify labour with needs, strengths, and weaknesses.

Identify needs for sales skills improvement.

Set objectives and KPIs

Set up and monitor sales processes

Serve as advisor to our employees by answering their sales-related questions and concerns.

Evaluate strengths and weaknesses to identify training needs

Oversee sales training material and suggest improvements

Stay up-to-date with the latest sales trends and best practices.

Must have fluent English Communication

Have to visit client if required

Coordinate with customers and clients and give them information about the product.

Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material

Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested

Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports

Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness

Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems

Give demo of the company's products.

Communicate effectively with sales managers and their clients to maintain existing relationships while helping to create and build new client relationships.

Providing sales and administrative support through various office duties such as answering the phone, making calls to vendors, managing calendars, scheduling site visits, etc.

Supporting the sales team in attaining sales targets

Preparing monthly, weekly, or daily sales analysis as instructed by the Director of Sales.

Input new sales inquiries into the company's database and update program files as needed.

Collecting, analyzing, evaluating, and accounting program information to increase the productivity of sales

Maintaining an efficient work environment while contributing to the organization's overall success.

Coordinating and responding to all requests of internal meetings.
