Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator.

Good computer skills (MS Office).

Proficiency in English.

Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

KRA of Sales Coordinator:-

Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.

Making the companys products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible.

Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations and policies.

Preparation or submission of quotation/tender on time.

Arranging sales meeting.

Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal setting to the team.

Arrange for creation and distribution of presentations and supporting documents to help sales team generate business leads.

Order processing/Follow up and collection of Payments.

Attend essential sales training meetings and develop an understanding of all the company's services and products.

Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling orders by phone.

Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptly.

Collaborate with sales team in weekly meetings by creating and maintaining month-end sales reports timely.

Makes sales goals and assists other members of the sales department in meeting them.

Sales Call and tracking Sales lead.

Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales.
