Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the sales team: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing sales reports, coordinating meetings, and handling customer inquiries.
2. Order processing: Manage the order processing system, ensuring accurate and timely entry of customer orders and coordinating with the logistics team for timely delivery.
3. Customer relationship management: Build and maintain relationships with customers by following up on orders, addressing any issues or concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.
4. Inventory management: Monitor stock levels, place orders with suppliers as needed, and track inventory to prevent stockouts.
5. Sales support: Provide support to the sales team by preparing sales presentations, updating product information, and assisting with marketing campaigns.
6. Data analysis: Analyze sales data and trends to provide insights to the sales team for strategic decision-making.
