Hiring For Sales Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team in Patel Nagar. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 10 years of experience and hold an Advanced or Higher Diploma. This is a full-time position based in our office.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Sales Support:** Assist the sales team with administrative tasks to enhance their efficiency, such as preparing sales reports and gathering customer information.

- **Customer Communication:** Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring a smooth communication flow between clients and the sales team.

- **Order Processing:** Manage order processing from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in fulfilling customer requests.

- **Data Management:** Maintain accurate sales data in the system, helping to track progress and analyze sales trends for better decision-making.

- **Inventory Coordination:** Collaborate with inventory management to ensure that stock levels meet sales demands and address any discrepancies promptly.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with various departments to improve overall sales performance and execute marketing strategies effectively.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in sales software and MS Office Suite is essential. Effective communication skills are critical, as you will interact with both internal teams and external clients. A proactive approach to problem-solving, along with the ability to work under pressure, is expected. Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility are also important for this role.
