job role & responsibilities
• respond promptly and professionally to inbound leads received via email, chat, and phone calls, ensuring a high level of customer service.
• engage with potential customers to understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide product or service information.
• build rapport and establish relationships with leads to identify their pain points and effectively position our products or services as solutions.
• proactively follow up with leads to nurture relationships, answer questions, and guide them through the sales process.
• effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to prospective customers, highlighting the value proposition.
• collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and dispatch.
• meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue goals of the organization.
• stay abreast of industry trends, competition, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities and strategies.
• continuously improve sales skills training, workshops, and self-development.
working days: 6 days (sunday off)
