• preparation of quotation & proposals after interacting with technical team as well sales team.
• follow-ups for quotations & proposals submitted with the client.
• to check the po properly for payment terms & follow up with accounts in case of advance payment for preparation of invoice or pi.
• generating new leads by telephonic discussion with clients. identify the potential and existing clients and maintain the data base of the client and contact details.
• maintaining month wise data for accepted/rejected quotations/proposals & hence, providing success ratio with a presentation to sale and top management
• preparing quarterly sales records & presentations
• maintaining client data base with contact details/address and department and past jobs given.
