Job Description

We're hiring for Company Its presence as the largest player in the Human Capital Industry in the country. They are working Pan India, Middle East and South East Asia.

PROFILE - Business Development Manager {DIRECT SALES (B2B)}

QUALIFICATION - Graduation.

LOCATION- Mumbai and Bengaluru. (Direct Sales)

EXPERIENCE - 2-7 years in Field Sales and Direct Sales(B2B)

SALARY - UPTO 7LPA

WORKING DAY - 5DAYS

Other Benefits: Travelling Allowance + Incentives+ Mediclaim.

ROLE :-

~Should have B2B Field sales experience with hands on experience of entire sales cycle.

~An aggressive personality, driven by performance would be a good fit for this role.

~Should have experience in generation own leads and doing cold calling.

~Willing to do 5-10 meetings in a day.

~Adequate experience of handling and successfully closing sales deals (complete sales cycle) over the phone.

~Should have experience in chasing revenue targets.

~Should have own modes of transport (Two wheeler).
