🎯 Role Overview

As a Sales and Clinical Support Associate, you will act as a vital bridge between the sales team and clinical teams in hospitals. You will drive product adoption, deliver technical support during surgical procedures, and build strong relationships with surgeons and hospital staff.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Promote Sehar Surgicals’ portfolio of surgical devices to hospitals, surgeons, and procurement departments

Provide on-site support during surgeries and clinical procedures to ensure proper device usage

Train hospital staff on product handling, sterilization, and application

Assist the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets

Attend medical conferences, workshops, and CMEs to represent the brand

Maintain detailed customer interaction records and provide post-sales support

Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to internal teams

✅ Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or Nursing

0–3 years of experience in medical device/pharma sales or hospital-based roles (freshers can apply)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Willingness to travel locally and work in clinical environments (OTs, ICUs)

Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced field

Prior experience in surgical product support is a plus
