Retail showroom for imitation jewellery and gift items in Hazra, Kolkata has an opening for retail sales associate.

Job description:

1. Handling customer queries, showing and explaining products to customer.

2. Must have basic fashion sense and show products as per customer's requirement.

3. Keeping shop clean, tidy and organized at all times.

4. Billing for customer purchases.

5. Stock keeping for inventory available at the shop.

6. Checking and packaging of online orders.

7. Must be able to operate smartphone. Showing products to online customers by photos or video call.

Requirements:

. Passed

Languages: Knowledge of English, Hindi and Bengali are compulsory. Must be able to read, write, understand and converse in basic English.

Must be able to operate a computer and smartphone

Previous work experience in retail, garments or jewellery sales is preferred.

Hard working freshers with a willingness to learn are welcome.

Job Location is at Hazra, South Kolkata. Nearest Metro station is Jatin Das Park. Easily reachable by bus also. Job timing Mon-Sat 10am to 8pm. Candidates who will not be able travel to work daily and reach the workplace on time should not apply.
