A Sales & Application Engineer is someone who can help organization build a better brand and maximize profits.

Responsibilities -

 Manage and retain relationships with existing clients  Identify and generate new business leads, plan and implement new marketing initiatives  Having an in-depth knowledge of business products, value proposition, and using it to develop growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction  Research and evaluate industry trends by attending conferences, meetings, and industry events, and discuss business strategy with stakeholders  Resolve internal priorities and report on successes as well as areas needing improvements  Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle.  Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients.  Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals.  Require travelling internally as well as adjoining 3-4 districts must.

Requirements - Experience in tooling industry is must.  Experience in business administration, sales, marketing or related field  Proven track record of success in B2B sales and negotiation  Strong communication skills and good computer literacy.  Knowledge of latest market trends, business tools, etc  Excellent verbal and written communication skills  Ability to multi task and manage multiple projects simultaneously  Self-motivated individual  Proven ability to negotiate
