Job description

We are seeking a proactive Sales Support Executive at Hyderabad , Mumbai, Indore Location to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in providing valuable support to our Sales team and also to effectively respond to customer and prospect queries.

Basic Requirements:

Qualified As Graduate /Post Graduate In Any Stream

Candidates having work experience as a Sales Support and/or Remote Working will be given priority

Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems

Proficiency with MS Office Suite & Google Suite is Mandatory

Proficiency with Digital Meeting Tools such as Google Meet, MS Teams and Zoom

In-depth understanding of Sales Principles and Customer Service Practices

Analytical and multitasking skills

Work Responsibilities:

Responsible for Overall Back office work & overall upkeep of Hyderabad Office space.

Business Development €“ Provide Assistance to Sales Team for Business Development including Customer Visit, Product Development etc.

Customer Relationship €“ Regular Interaction with Customers, Getting Feedback on Quality & Service, Delivery etc & accordingly update the Concerned departments at the Factory. Follow up with Each Customer at Regular Intervals for Business Trend, Market Scenario, future Business Growth.

Internal Coordination - Ensure Coordination with Concerned Departments to Track Respective Jobs Up to delivery at respective locations at Hyderabad.

First Point of Contact for Customer €“ To Act as a first Point Contact for All Customers at & around your job location.
