Sale Executive

Job Description

Make the customer comfortable in the showroom.

Hand over photo visiting card to customer.

Probe and understand customer need.

Give proper DEMO to the customer.

Offer Test Drive to the Customer.

Advise customer on suitable models & deals with finance details.

Ensure customer Dockets is opened during booking.

Maintain honesty and integrity in his/her dealing so as to gain the trust and build long term relationship with customer.

Promote MGA.

Increase Exchange penetration.

Always keep your commitment.

Ensure delightful experience to customers duriong entire customer journey.

adhere to Quality of Sales standards and guidelines at all times.

Ensure every team member achieves target. Daily review of target vs achievement.

Ensure Relationship Managers follow-up every enquiry.

Ensure Relationship Managers are updated on schemes, products, CDI scores and competition.

Analyse sales potential and untapped areas and plan marketing activities accordingly.

Explain and share delivery checklist to the customer through Team Trac APP.

Analyse effectiveness of marketing plans and take corrective actions.

Follow up with pending bookings nopt converted within 7 days.

Strive to improve sales processess and ensure Zero customer complains. If a complaint is received, ensure timely closure with root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action to prevent recurrence of similar complaints.

Ensure all leads arem captured as enquires through Tech. Tools (Salez Trac, Team Trac, NAVPortal) and timely follow-ups are done.

Ensure test drive and vehicle demonstration is given to all customers.

Ensure accurate and complete customer data is captured in DMS and IT applications. While weekly communication to customers is maintained to apprise them on the status of their booking/delivery/finance.

Ensure vehicle and all documents are explained to the customer in detaqil on enquiry, booking and delivery.

Ensure delightful and timely delivery as per commitment to customer.
