Safety Supervisor (3-5 Years)

We are seeking a skilled Safety Supervisor with 3 to 5 years of experience to ensure a safe and healthy work environment in our office in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in a relevant field and a passion for promoting workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Safety Audits:** Conduct regular safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.

- **Training Programs:** Develop and deliver training programs for employees on safety protocols and emergency procedures, ensuring that all staff are aware of proper safety practices.

- **Incident Management:** Investigate accidents and near misses, documenting findings and recommending preventative measures to avoid future incidents.

- **Safety Policies:** Create and maintain safety policies and procedures, ensuring they are updated and communicated effectively to all employees.

- **Reporting:** Prepare and present safety reports to management, highlighting areas of concern and improvement, along with progress on safety initiatives.

Required Skills and Expectations:
