Looking For Safety Incharge

We are looking for a qualified and proactive Safety Officer to join our team at the Jammu location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and promoting a strong safety culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) meetings

Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company safety policies

Investigate accidents and incidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions

Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation as per company standards

Conduct safety training sessions, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for employees

Identify workplace hazards and implement preventive and control measures

Coordinate emergency preparedness drills and safety programs

Monitor and promote safe work practices across all operations

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Safety, Engineering, or a related field

Certification in Safety Management (NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA preferred)

14 years of relevant experience in a similar role

Good knowledge of safety regulations, hazard identification, and risk assessment

Strong communication, documentation, and reporting skills
