Designation / Role:RMS-Assistant Manager

Core Areas:Knowledge in share market & SEBI Regularization

Experience in Knowledge of SEBI Regularisation

· Maintain all the Registers as per Exchange Norms

· Assisting CDSL and Exchange Inspections on DP

· Maintain Compliance Risk Management program elements, such as documentation of compliance controls like KYC, CERSAI

· Cooperate with internal and external audit and operational risk management

· Work closely with portfolio managers, traders and other advisor professionals to design and implement operational policies and procedures

· Preparing/filing reports/notices with the regulators

· Monitoring adherence to risk limits for all trading activities using quantitative measures, including Value at Risk (VaR)

· Preparing internal and concurrent audit work and submission to SEBI and All exchanges and CDSL
