NimbleGTM is a RevOps and GTM Engineering consultancy that helps B2B companies build and optimize the systems behind their revenue engine. We specialize in HubSpot, CRM architecture, automation, and sales & marketing operations for clients across the US, UK, Canada, and Australia.

We’re a small, execution-focused team where interns work directly with the founders and senior consultants on live client projects from day one. No shadowing for months. No siloed work. You’ll gain hands-on experience solving real business problems.

Role: RevOps & GTM Engineering Intern

What You’ll Learn & Work On

Get hands-on training across HubSpot, Apollo, Smartlead, Make, n8n, AI workflows, and the modern GTM tech stack.

Support live client implementations involving CRM architecture, automations, reporting, and process optimization.

Build outbound infrastructure, sales workflows, and operational systems for B2B companies.

Work alongside senior consultants on client-facing deliverables.

Progress towards independently owning client accounts as your skills grow.

Who We’re Looking For

No prior experience with these tools is required. We’ll train you from the ground up.

Strong communication skills and clear thinking.

Fast learner with high ownership and attention to detail.

Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment where you’ll be expected to figure things out, ask good questions, and execute.

Mandatory Requirements

A personal laptop capable of handling modern web applications.

A reliable high-speed internet connection.

Availability to work full-time during the internship.

What Happens After the Internship?

Successful interns will be considered for a full-time RevOps & GTM Engineering role.

Full-time compensation: ₹22,000-₹30,000 per month, depending on the skills demonstrated during the internship, ownership shown on live client work, and overall performance.
