Responsibilities

€¢ Assess training needs and create customized programs to address skill gaps.
€¢ Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed.
€¢ Maintain training records and track the progress of trainees.
Requirements and Skills
€¢ Bachelor€™s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
€¢ Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail training or a related role.
€¢ Strong communication and presentation skills.
€¢ Proficiency in trending training software and learning management systems (LMS).
€¢ Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
