Retail Store Executive

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES-

Each sales associate will be under the different team assigned by the Manager/ Assistant Manager and responsible for the specific working.

Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Maintain product availability on the floor, ensuring that displays are well-stocked and orderly.

Ensure adherence to inventory hygiene, hard tagging of products, and sanitation standards within the store.

Provide customers with baskets for convenient item collection.

Manage customer queries related to cosmetic products, tasters of perfumes, and replenishment.

Handle billing responsibilities if necessary.
