1)Identifying the new customers for Domestic & export customers
2) Generate new leads & adding business value to the company
3) Visit new customers & explain about the company, follow up till business conversion.
4) Coordination with customer, internal team from initial stage to till business conversion.
5) Visit to customer place for both regular & new customers
6) Achieve monthly sales target given by management
7) Attending customer complaints with the internal team whenever necessary.
8) Understanding of our product domain & responsible for techno commercial solutions to customers.
9) Responsible for receiving enquiries from customers, submission of quotes & technical discussion with the internal team for new projects.
10) Responsible for coordination of customer Audits & visits.
