setting & achieving sales target

managing multiple stores/kiosk in indore

manpower recruitment & management

vm, store hygiene

weekly store review

abiding training compliance, maintaining high scores for mystery audits.

ensure compliance with health/safety policies and procedures at retail sites

monitor inventory levels to determine the need for stock supply at each retail outlet.

control shrinkage/pilferage

listen to customer complaints to address & resolve their issues

required candidate profile

prior retail experience in fmcg sector

willingness to travel across west india

excellent communication skill

exp. - 5-7 yrs.
