2. Assisting the Buyer in picking and buying the right merchandise basis budgets, last year, Performance analysis, targeted growth, aesthetic factors etc.
3. Allocation sending out stocks basis store targets, stock covers, sell through.
4. Planning and sending out merchandise in alignment with the buy for that Season
5. Inventory management/ stock cover analysis.
6. Stock rotation- monitoring category level store level style level sales and planning inter store movements.
7. Discount planning- planning discounts for end of season sales.
8. Frequent store visits to ensure communication and smooth working relations with the front end staff.
