We are looking for a Retail Manager to oversee and manage our operations efficiently. This part-time position allows you to work from home, making it flexible for individuals with various schedules.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Supervise Daily Operations:** Ensure that the store runs smoothly by managing day-to-day activities, including sales, inventory, and customer service.

- **Manage Staff:** Oversee team members, providing guidance and support, and ensuring a positive work environment that promotes teamwork.

- **Stock Management:** Monitor inventory levels, order products when necessary, and maintain accurate records to prevent stock shortages or overages.

- **Customer Relationship Management:** Engage with customers to understand their needs and resolve any complaints or issues promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
