*theoretical training* via zoom > clear *irda govt. exam*exam registration fee 585 > go through *management practical training (one-time sales part included 40k yearly premium 6 policies u need to sale in u r known circle. )* > *recruit 4(active) candidates & build your team* > bring business from your team

*work hours- 11am- 7pm*

sat- half-day & sunday - week-off

*salary- 19k(fixed 7k + 12k allowance(on monthly goal sheet completion))+ *incentives+ pf + esi + gratuity*
