we are looking for an experienced restaurant manager to join our new restaurant chain - cuttack handisala brand (cloud kitchen concept). the ideal candidate must have 3 to 5 years of experience in running and managing a restaurant. the candidate must have experience working specifically in managing restaurant and not in other retail brands.
the candidate must have kanad/english/hindi language knowledge. it is essential for the candidate to have spent a good amount of years in one particular restaurant and not changed jobs frequently, especially for a sensitive position like this where the total management is involved.
key responsibilities:
managing a team of 10 to 20 members including the chef and helping/supporting staff
manage the purchase and sale (total computerized billing system)
menu decision
customer satisfaction
requirements:
minimum 3 years of experience managing a good and running restaurant
strong customer service and communication skills
language know - english / kanada / hindi
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
