Restaurant Incharge (Male)

Jayam Cinemas is looking for a responsible and experienced Cafe In-Charge to manage our cinema café operations and ensure excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day café operations inside the cinema

Manage staff scheduling, supervision, and performance

Handle billing, cash counter, and daily sales reports

Maintain stock levels, inventory, and vendor coordination

Ensure food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards

Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally

Requirements:

Prior experience as Cafe In-Charge / Supervisor preferred

Basic knowledge of billing systems and cash handling

Good communication and leadership skills

Ability to work on weekends, holidays, and peak hours

Responsible, punctual, and customer-focused attitude
